We seek candidates with a relentless drive to improve student outcomes, unwavering commitment to urban youth, mastery of relevant academic subjects, and ability to implement feedback from school leaders and colleagues. A background in education is not required, but prior experience working in schools and/or urban communities is preferred. Candidates must have received a Bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for an MA educator's license or pass required MTELs.
