Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with a range of physical therapy needs. You will also oversee physical therapist assistants, aides, and front desk staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans
* Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the outpatient setting
* Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient care
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in physical therapy preferred, but not required
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Current NJ-PT license and CPR certification by the American Heart Association
