Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process. Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and associates. Practice in accordance with current established standards of care, the Nurse Practice Act, Community Healthcare System policies and procedures, and support the mission and philosophy of CHS by providing the highest quality care.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the well-being of the community, serving the needs of all people, and demonstrating the values: dignity, compassionate care, community, quality, and stewardship. Obtain and maintain current certification (ACLS) as required in specialty areas (Critical Care). Obtain and maintain current CPR. Provide for the needs of patients with various diseases, diagnosis, or conditions, including but not limited to: Diabetes, renal failure, pneumonia, electrolyte imbalance, CVA, cardiovascular-ASHD, CHF, Hypertension, COPD, Fever, Dehydration, Gastrointestinal conditions, Wound infection, and general surgical cases.
Requirements:
