About the Role

We're seeking a Tax Associate to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you'll conduct tax interviews with clients, prepare complete and accurate tax returns, and generate business growth. You'll also provide clients with IRS support and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
