About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at City of Hope. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images that aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide range of diseases and disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other diagnostic equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements and policies, ensuring ethical and professional conduct
  • Produce high-quality images with minimal repeats, managing multiple room assignments and handling a wide variety of exams daily
  • Effective communication with physicians, patients, families, and ancillary hospital personnel is essential
  • May require cross-training in additional modalities as directed by the Director of Imaging or Imaging Operations Manager
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school
  • Minimum of two years of experience after graduation in a major hospital setting
  • Registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography, ARRT (R), and Computed Tomography (CT) required
  • Active BLS certification and completion of 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually
