Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to older adults (65+) with a focus on prevention and management of chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in internal medicine
