Role Responsibilities

This position is ideal for individuals who wish to contribute to community success by meeting leasing, marketing, and administrative goals. Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing all facets of leasing and marketing to potential residents.
  • Preparing the property for business, conducting property walks, and addressing any maintenance or aesthetic concerns.
  • Welcoming prospective residents, assessing their eligibility based on household size and income, and showcasing models and amenities.
  • Processing applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for certification, and entering data into the system.
  • Assigning units based on availability and qualifications, notifying applicants of their acceptance, and managing lease execution.
  • Providing resident services, responding to inquiries, and managing work orders in the system.
  • Collecting rent payments, ensuring accuracy, and addressing late payments with residents.
  • Communicating with residents regarding lease renewals and recertification, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Maintaining organized documentation for applications, work orders, and resident communications.
  • Addressing resident complaints and concerns, ensuring satisfaction through effective resolution.
  • Participating in community outreach programs to promote the property and assess competitive pricing and amenities.
  • Assisting in organizing resident activities and services, including training programs and community events.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience
  • Proficient knowledge of business practices, property management, sales, or customer service.
  • High school diploma with additional specialized training preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
