Position Overview:
Provider Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across various age groups. We seek a collaborative and adaptable physician who is committed to providing high-quality care to diverse populations, particularly those who are underserved.
Essential Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Valid medical license in the state of Oregon
- Completion of an accredited residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration
- Board certification or eligibility in primary care
- Current CPR certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, focusing on preventive measures, primary diagnosis, and treatment, including inpatient care when necessary.
- Thoroughly assess and document patient health histories and findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Conduct physical examinations and accurately identify normal versus abnormal health indicators.
- Provide routine health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment for various illnesses and emergencies.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and ensure quality care for all patients.
- Perform additional duties as required.
