Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver compassionate and transforming healing presence in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with a diagnosis of Oncology, Hospice, Anemia, Hematology, Comfort Care, Palliative Care, Radiation or Nuclear Treatment, and Chemotherapy administration.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Current Michigan Nursing License.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN degree preferred or willingness to obtain a BSN within five years.
