Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a robust background in business analysis or system analysis. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 6-10 years of comprehensive experience, with a focus on 3-6 years in business or system analysis.
  • A strong foundation in the Retail or Private Banking sector is essential.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end processes of Retail or Private Banking, with the ability to articulate and propose enhancements.
  • Proven capability in utilizing complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing abilities.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in gathering requirements, creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), conducting grooming sessions, and managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization, and Management, as well as familiarity with Jira.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis purposes.
  • Exposure to data mapping and migration projects is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with the Confluence tool is a plus.
