Job Description:

  • Oversee operations of multiple restaurants within your area, including staffing, financial performance, and customer service.
  • Ensure teams adhere to company procedures and brand standards.
  • Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to management team to ensure operational efficiency and to achieve company objectives.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year related experience.
  • 3 or more years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in the quick-service restaurant industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
