Job Summary

Norton Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Urologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our pediatric urology program.

About the Position
  • This opportunity is perfect for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Urologist looking to join a reputable healthcare organization with a strong reputation for excellence in pediatric care.
  • You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists, to provide comprehensive care to patients from birth to 18 years old.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Completion of a Pediatric Urology fellowship program.
  • Licensure in Kentucky or eligibility for licensure.
