OPCO Skilled Management is seeking licensed and certified medical professionals to join our Rapid Response Team (RRT) Program. The RRT program is designed to provide temporary support to healthcare facilities experiencing a surge in patient demand due to disasters or organizational challenges.
About the RRT Program
The RRT program involves deploying licensed/certified and trained nursing professionals to nursing home facilities to provide patient care. Members will typically deploy for six (6) weeks to eight (8) weeks and work up to 12 hours on an AM or PM shift during 24-hour operations depending on the facility's needs. Active license/certification required.
Training and Deployment
RRT members will be trained and oriented for five (5) days on processes, company equipment and software, and service delivery. Training includes classroom orientation, hands-on training, and preceptorship.
