Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to enhance our team. This role involves managing a variety of litigation cases, particularly in real estate and property law. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in litigation, a focus on real estate matters, and a strong record of client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution.
  • Manage diverse real estate and property-related litigation cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary legal documents.
  • Represent clients in various legal settings, including court and administrative hearings.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing parties, and legal officials.
  • Negotiate settlements for disputes.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
