Plumber Specialist

Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber or Highly Skilled Apprentice to fill a key role in our team.

We are looking for a skilled tradesperson to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings according to local codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of plumbing projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine the layout and installation requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure their proper functionality and prevent potential problems.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
• Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked, and submit required documentation in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience with plumbing tools and equipment.
