We are seeking a skilled Precast Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Precast Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of precast concrete components during production, pre-pour, and final product stages. Your expertise will ensure that our precast concrete products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of precast concrete components to ensure compliance with ACI ASTM standards.
  • Witness concrete repairs and document them to ensure adherence to approved repair procedures.
  • Perform routine and non-routine tests on precast concrete products, including sampling cylinders, fresh properties, strength, and other required tests.
  • Implement and oversee testing protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain inspection documentation and daily reports.
  • Calibrate equipment regularly to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ACI ASTM standards and industry best practices.
  • Excellent inspection and testing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
