Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team in Elmhurst, New York. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Summary:
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images of patients.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of waste properly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification in Radiologic Technology (CRT) or Registered Technologist (RT) designation.
  • 1-2 years of experience in radiology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
