Job Title: Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to bring health and hope to the poor, the vulnerable, our communities, and each other.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and support to oncology patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
