ARM Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil or Environmental Engineer/Project Engineer to join our fast-growing renewable energy practice. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing calculations, engineering reports, and design drawings for permit applications and construction bid packages for commercial/industrial and utility scale solar projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project timelines, maintain schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate the design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare designs and permit applications to acquire land use approvals, and present projects at public meetings/hearings.
- Work with the team to develop detailed technical proposals and refine internal processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (Civil or Environmental) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 2+ years of experience designing and permitting projects involving land development or land use permitting.
- Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion & sediment control design calculations and permitting (NPDES) in PA and/or surrounding states.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and MS Project or equivalent project scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
