The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Coordinator to join our team at the Tom Taylor Family YMCA in Gig Harbor, WA. As a Preschool Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Child Watch program, which provides care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 7 years.

Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development and Implementation: Plan and implement curriculum-based activities that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  2. Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and train part-time staff in program implementation, safety procedures, and customer service.
  3. Parent and Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with parents and community organizations to promote the program and enhance services.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.24 to $20.24 per hour, depending on qualifications. Our part-time employees work up to 25 hours per week and are eligible for various benefits, including a personal YMCA membership and wellness program.
