Position Summary

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process under direct supervision. This position involves the handling of materials, including loading and unloading from machinery, conveyors, and mobile equipment. The associate will also assist in supplying materials or tools, positioning items for further processing, and ensuring proper inspection and packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the loading and unloading of materials from various machines and conveyors.
  • Assists in the proper placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tools.
  • Engages in the assembly of materials using a torque gun.
  • Follows detailed instructions regarding the selection of nuts and bolts for specific components.
  • Actively participates in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and corrective actions.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to 5-S principles and other assigned tasks.
  • This position operates on a schedule of 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent, or successful completion of the ACT WorkKeys Assessment at the certified job profile skill level.

Preferred Experience

At least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
