We are seeking a skilled Furniture Repair and Refinish Technician to join our team at Furniture Medic Premier STL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing furniture, cabinetry, and other woodwork items for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and refinish furniture, cabinetry, and other woodwork items
  • Use power and hand tools to sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Lift 50+ pounds and navigate stairs as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience with common power and hand tools
  • Trade or vocational school experience a plus
  • Cabinetry experience or carpentry skills a plus
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to work individually and in teams
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the position
