Neurophysiologist Opportunities at University of Washington

The Department of Neurology at the University of Washington School of Medicine invites applications for a clinical neurophysiologist/epileptologist. This individual will join a busy academic service performing a wide range of clinical neurophysiology studies, including routine EEGs, ICU and epilepsy video EEG monitoring, intraoperative monitoring, and evoked potentials.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our renowned Regional Epilepsy Center, the largest clinical epilepsy program in the Pacific Northwest, with a high-volume epilepsy surgical program. As a faculty member, you will be expected to engage in teaching, research, and service.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a clinical research program in epilepsy and participate in outpatient and inpatient care of patients with epilepsy. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We anticipate a salary range of $242,388 - $290,004 per year, depending on rank and qualifications.
We are seeking candidates with an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and completion of a clinical neurophysiology or epilepsy fellowship training program. Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington. In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S.) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE), or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
