Job Summary

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic AM Server to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work accurately and efficiently to prioritize and manage multiple tables and orders.
  • Know and communicate menu items, ingredients, and specials to guests.
  • Sell menu items and increase overall sales through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service station, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Complete all posted side work and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Provide prompt and accurate reporting of all income received during shifts.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with coworkers and guests, promoting a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual, with basic math skills and strong communication skills.
  • Clean and professional appearance, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school or equivalent education required, with experience in an upscale dining environment preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to carry full service trays comfortably.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
