Workforce Planner Job DescriptionCordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a skilled Workforce Planner to oversee the management of nursing staff schedules.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per yearThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. A certified CNA or LPN with at least one year of experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement scheduling systems to meet the needs of the facility
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement
