Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Establish, revise, and evaluate plans of care tailored to patients' specific needs.
  • Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills.
  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine mobility levels and functional abilities.
  • Provide and recommend therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ambulation.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reassessments of patients' physical condition and functional status.
  • Communicate changes in patients' conditions to the team.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs, set goals, and provide treatment.
  • Record and sign treatments in patients' charts, record progress notes, and communicate with the team.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Licensed in the State of Michigan and/or eligible for licensure.
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Basic Life Support certificate or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire.
  • Previous experience in a residential environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and respectful attitude towards patients and coworkers.
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to precision in work results.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and respectful demeanor.
  • Reliable in work results, timeliness, and attendance.
