We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing your nursing skills to make a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of intervention.
- Review plan of care and program protocols, identifying areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
