About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst Supervisor to join our team at Primary Children's. This is an exciting opportunity to serve in a leadership capacity for a new and growing service, providing oversight to all areas of programming including the training of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and registered behavior technicians (RBT).
Job Summary:
The Behavior Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of BCBA and RBTs, providing model teaching and other direct instructional supports, and developing behavior plans/treatment plans for clients with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing challenging behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming.
- Provide model teaching and other direct instructional supports.
- Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for clients.
- Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.
- Sign off on behavior plan/treatment plan training for all field staff and provide field supervision when necessary.
Requirements:
- Master-level degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- 1+ years of doctoral-level coursework or research experience in behavior analysis.
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.
- Licensure in the state of Utah or able to obtain prior to hire.
- 1 year experience implementing ABA-based skills assessment and intervention procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate essential BCBA job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children with autism and related disabilities.
- Experience working in early intervention ABA classrooms and in-home therapy.
- Experience conducting several forms of ABA-based skill building, multiple forms of skill and behavior assessment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, labels, monitors, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.

Estimated Salary Range: $41.22 - $63.59 per hour
