- Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Participate in staff meetings and unit activities, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Less than 1 year of medical surgical nursing experience
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
