As a Program Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success, working closely with the Program Manager to plan, manage, and report on production orders.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.

You'll work collaboratively with the program team to resolve schedule issues, maximize results, and drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and responsibility for delivery milestones
  • Setting customer expectations
  • Serving as the customer point of contact for routine updates
  • Anticipating and advising the customer on status
  • Facilitating internal & external communication
  • Being the voice of the customer to keep the team focused on contractual commitments
  • Performing project planning and kick-off
  • Maintaining accurate program schedules for assigned programs
  • Tracking and reporting project status / performance
  • Advising Program Manager on significant commitment changes, scope changes, or technical issues

Requirements:

The successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field of project management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
