We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU RN to join our team at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU acute hospital setting
- LTAC experience required if RN has no acute ICU hospital setting experience
- Floating required: Yes
- Weekend requirement: Every other
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certification
