MetaSense Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred CCRN and NIHSS certifications.
- Proficiency in Cerner electronic health record system.
