**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide assistance in direct patient care and quality service as prescribed by the Physician and/or according to the Plan of Care outlined by the Physical Therapist.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in quality assurance and maintain productivity standards
  • Utilize modalities and exercise equipment appropriately
  • Provide instruction, including demonstration, written and verbal communication
  • Provide feedback and follow-up to Physical Therapist/Physician when appropriate
  • Participate in discharge planning
  • Provide timely reporting and documentation in the clinical record
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of Physical Therapy clinic and facility
  • Serve as a customer representative for the Physical Therapy department
  • Assist Physical Therapy Manager in marketing and promotion of Physical Therapy Clinic and facility
  • Participate in departmental development, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, changing linen, and general tasks necessary for clinic operation

**Requirements**

  • Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
