We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our community-based services, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
- Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
- Perform nightly cleaning and filing duties
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and support staff to promote independence and quality of life

Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred
- Strong time management and writing skills
- Ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment
