Requirements
  • Proven experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • HACCP certified. PCQI certification is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $72,000 to USD $80,000, an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including vacation, sick leave, and floating holidays, and other perks.
