- Coordinate custodial and housekeeping operations
- Maintain communication with department managers and directors
- Tour and inspect facilities to ensure quality management requirements
- Review job orders and specifications to understand material and labor requirements
- Maintain compliance with regulations and codes
- Manage departmental expenses, including supply needs and labor costs
