Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will collaborate with the facilities team to maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the grounds and facilities. This role will report directly to the Facilities Manager.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour, with individual compensation packages tailored to each candidate's unique skills, experience, and qualifications.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversee the repair, installation, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and water systems, following technical diagrams and specifications.
  • Conduct electrical and plumbing installations and repairs.
  • Coordinate various maintenance activities, including alarm systems and cleaning services.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of company-sponsored events.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party vendors for facility systems.
  • Support exterior maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in mechanical, electrical, or general construction.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 49 lbs.
  • Availability for emergency repairs during off-duty hours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • A valid driver's license with a reliable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating forklifts.
  • Experience with scissor lifts.
