Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Location: Primarily remote with occasional office visits required.

Compensation: Competitive annual base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.
  • Analyze financial information and develop models to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance for leadership review.
  • Evaluate historical results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Assess financial performance by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts.
  • Oversee the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing relevant policies.
  • Provide insights on trends and forecasts, recommending actions for optimization.
  • Analyze and interpret data to recommend actions; evaluate proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Drive process improvements by creating standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
  • Enhance productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Conduct market research, data mining, and valuation comparisons.
  • Maintain a robust foundation in financial analysis by creating forecasts and models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting within an FP&A context.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning / Insights is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
