Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our esthetician staff, providing exceptional client experiences, and driving sales growth.

• Department Leadership: Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Spa Management, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
• Training and Development: Train, monitor, and coach performance of Estheticians and Sales Associates on Esthetics business and sales specifics, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Client Experience: Provide exceptional service to members and guests by performing top-level services, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning events and promotions, driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Meet monthly with the Spa Manager and/or Owner to review performance highlights and action plans, and conduct quarterly Licensed Esthetician evaluations.

• Experience: Strong retail and sales upgrade record, with previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services.
• Education and Certifications: Must carry liability insurance and have knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
• Leadership Skills: Previous training experience preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.
