Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide mechanical support services to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide mechanical support services to respond to operational changes resulting from malfunction, breakdown, relocation, replacement, or modification of existing mechanical systems and/or equipment.
  • Assist the maintenance team and support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed or directed.
  • Complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time.
  • Perform emergency equipment repairs alone and/or with assistance from other IMTs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
  • Work in accordance with quality, safety, sanitation standards, quality policies, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Follow diagrams, operation manuals, manufacturing instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Complete all appropriate documentation as required by the IMT system and management.
  • Communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently to make decisions with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience
  • General industrial mechanical maintenance and/or electrical system experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to complete a post-offer physical examination successfully in accordance with position functional capacity requirements.
  • Will be required to work in elevated areas above 4 feet.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and wear fall protection as necessary.
