The ideal candidate is a seasoned auto body technician with a strong focus on quality workmanship, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and experience in both disassembly and finishing work. A trustworthy attitude and the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repairs outlined in the work order with precision, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
• Communicate promptly with the body shop manager regarding any additional work required or changes to the repair timeline.
• Document all performed and recommended work accurately on the repair order.
• Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas at the end of each day.
• Care for dealership-owned tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned to their designated places after use.
• Stay informed about and comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist in mentoring new technicians, sharing best practices and promoting high-quality repairs.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
