Job Summary

HD Fowler Company is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Driver - Non-CDL to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering orders, ensuring safe operation of vehicle(s), and providing assistance to the warehouse as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and safely load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport warehouse goods and materials.
  • Make deliveries and pick up materials in a timely manner.
  • Operate forklift and other machinery to complete tasks, and may be required to tow a trailer.
  • Complete all associated paperwork, recognizing potential problems and addressing them in a timely fashion.
  • Interact positively with a diverse array of customers and coworkers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehouse activities, loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds in a physical environment on a regular basis.
  • Natural curiosity with a strong desire to learn product and material applications through provided training.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while receiving and filling orders of supplies, materials, and products to installers and subcontractors.
  • Valid Driver's License and Medical Card.

  • Primarily Monday - Friday working hours between 7AM-5PM.
