**Job Description**: As a Sr. Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in leading our technical initiatives with customers and partners. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with customers and partners to design winning solutions that meet customer acquisition goals and sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop technical solutions that address customer needs using internal and external software, hardware, or tools, in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and present detailed technical and business proposals outlining how Xage addresses customer challenges, including solution architecture and deployment schedules.
  • Identify gaps in product functionality and flexibility, then work with product management and engineering teams to address these gaps through R&D and technology partnerships.


**Requirements for Success**:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience.
  • Prior senior-level technical roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in networking solutions, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity (e.g., identity and access management).
  • Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols.
  • Experience designing secure network architectures integrating IT and OT environments.
  • Proficiency in designing scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success creating winning solutions and proposals resulting in customer wins and exceeded sales goals.
  • Strong track record forming technology solutions and system integration partnerships in industrial verticals.
  • Familiarity with the operational requirements of utility companies, oil & gas operators, renewable energy operators, and/or transportation operations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel based on business needs.
  • Commitment to calls and meetings during non-standard working hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build high-quality product demonstrations for technical and executive audiences.
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.


We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits to support the success of our employees. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
