Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
