Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities with friendly faces. As a Diesel Technician, you will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and day better.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
  • Assist customers with roadside services, providing exceptional support and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Provide preventative maintenance services, helping to extend the lifespan of our vehicles and ensure they remain road-ready.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
