Housekeeping Supervisor

At MGM Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents through a clean and comfortable environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

• Oversee and schedule a team responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
• Direct, train, and lead the team to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
• Participate in environmental functions, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash collection.
• Launder linens, prepare bedding, and clean furniture and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisor capacity, preferably in housekeeping or facilities management.
• Prior experience in scheduling, training, and leading teams is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
