">* Develop trusting relationships with families and provide anticipatory guidance

* Link families with community resources and support them in accessing necessary services

">Requirements
">* Associate's degree in early childhood or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of supervised work experience with children and/or parents
* Experience working with families who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and substance abuse
* Valid driver's license, current no-fault insurance coverage, and a clear driver's abstract
