As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience at our quick service restaurant. You will be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm and dedication will make a significant impact on our customers' satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently on our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues
