About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Montessori Infant Care Specialist to join our team at Ohana Child Development Center, located within the Bandwidth Raleigh NC Headquarters. As a key member of our infant care team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the lead guide to create a Montessori-inspired environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Implement Montessori and RIE techniques to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each child.
  • Conduct regular observations and documentation to track each child's progress and development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an early childhood program, preferably with infants.
  • Knowledge of Montessori and RIE caregiving techniques, as well as observation and documentation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
