USPI Paso Del Norte is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to provide exceptional care and service during surgery cases. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, and maintain scrupulous infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position patients for surgery and prepare them for procedures
- Circulate cases and ensure a smooth surgical experience
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN preferred
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of TX
- 1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required
- American Heart BLS certification
- Scrub experience a bonus, but not required
- CNOR desirable
